My Story

My journey began in the dynamic world of HR and career consulting in London’s corporate sector. However, everything changed in early 2010 when my own healing journey inspired me to focus on enhancing the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of others.

Drawing from my personal experiences, I integrate the healing practices of breathwork, hormone yoga therapy, and other empowering practices into my teachings. These modalities not only supported my own healing but also became powerful tools to guide others on their paths to wellness. My approach is enriched by both Western and Indian traditions, where I immersed myself in study and practice at various institutes.

I’ve had the privilege of training alongside world-leading breathing specialist Patrick McKeown, founder of Buteyko Clinic International and Oxygen Advantage, and I’m recognized as a Master Instructor in both methods. Additionally, as a certified hormone yoga therapist, I empower individuals—especially busy professionals—to find balance amidst their hectic lives and support their overall well-being.

Now based in Ubud, Bali, I lead transformative well-being retreats tailored for businesses and women focused on hormonal harmony. I am deeply committed to creating a nurturing environment where participants can explore transfromative practices and find their own paths to health and purpose.
